The pieces for this collection are based on the buildings of Europe, including Oxford, London, Paris and Porto and Saxon villages of Romania. Oxford and in particular The Sheldonian has been a reaccuring source of interest particularly the different features, angle and reflection of light on the windows. Likewise, St Paul’s Cathedral has such an abundance of detailing as well as being impressive from different angles that painting it is of continued inspiration and exploration.
